I share some of this with you, Debbie. To your find list, we could add mendacity, blatant greed and corruption, and maybe worst of all: crass opportunists.
Um, I didn't understand "To your find list.." Maybe it's meant to be "fine"? No matter. I agree with your choices! Huge allergy to mendacity and the rest!
I have a few sensitivities—I need complete darkness and 100% cotton sheets to sleep well, for example—but nothing like your comprehensive list. I feel for you!
Oh my goodness! My people! (At least "my person!!") My sound sensitivity is compounded by misophonia and tinnitus--cruel joke, right? I also went to an allergist who said I have non-allergic rhinitis and my testing showed no allergies at all. Yet, I have to take a daily allergy pill & Flonase spurts to keep from sneezing my head off. As far as skin sensitivity, I can feel a strand of hair that's slipped down the back of my shirt or a mosquito landing on my foot. My mother used to refer to me as the princess and the pea--said it was because I was too "fussy." But I guess I am a HSP and it all makes sense now. Whew!
Oh, ouch, Cindy. Sorry to hear about this combination of uncomfortable symptoms. I get it about the strand of hair and being called "fussy." You're not alone! Thanks so much for sharing your experience.
"I went to an allergist who doesn’t believe in food allergies." I know it's a serious topic, but this made me smile. Loud or sudden noise is my bete noire. The clatter of a dropped saucepan feels like a temporary wound.
Oh, ouch, that's hard (re: the saucepan). The worst part of the allergist visit was that I still was responsible for a $45 co-pay for basically NOTHING, even though they knew the reason for my visit. Frustrating! Sending you soft and quiet wishes, Jeffrey.

Find list? Pls. explain? But, yes, sensitivity syndrome applies to these things too!
??? I was adding items I'm sensitive to, no?

AHA! To your FINE list, we could add...
Perhaps we need public health warnings for those things too.

Ah, I think I knew about your desire for 100% cotton sheets (LL Bean!) but not about the darkness. Do you have to wear an eye shade thing?
If I’m trying to nap during the day, definitely.

Thanks for sharing yours! It's always nice to know we're not alone out here ♥️

I am right there with you on scents and cold and I do have Reynaud's but I have learned how to make my hands work despite the numbness.
Yikes, that must be hard but I'm glad!
This is such a relatable feeling for perfume lovers. Scents can bring comfort, memories, and a sense of calm when everything feels overwhelming.
